UNBOUND — Where Artists Choose Their Voice celebrates the freedom of artistic expression without limits. This open-themed exhibition invites artists to share the work that best represents their unique vision, philosophy, creativity, and personal experiences—without restrictions on subject matter, style, or medium.

Whether your work is abstract or representational, traditional or experimental, UNBOUND is a space where authenticity is valued above convention. Every artist has a story worth telling and a voice worth hearing, and this exhibition encourages creators to express that voice boldly, honestly, and without boundaries.

Hosted in the Main Gallery at 2 Rivers Arts, UNBOUND welcomes original artwork in all media, including painting, drawing, watercolor, mixed media, fiber, glass, pottery, sculpture, photography, printmaking, and more.

Visitors will experience an inspiring collection of original artwork that reflects the individuality of each artist and offers a wide range of perspectives, stories, and creative journeys. Whether you're an avid collector, a first-time buyer, or simply appreciate the power of original art, UNBOUND invites you to explore, connect, and perhaps discover the piece that speaks directly to you.​

Accepted artists will exhibit their work in a professional gallery setting while enjoying an opening reception, individual social media spotlights, promotion through the Two Rivers Arts website and newsletters, and opportunities to connect with collectors, visitors, and fellow artists throughout the exhibition.

Unbound Application

Entry Information: Entry Fee: $20

  • Enter by August 12: Submit up to 4 original works.

  • Enter August 22, 2026: Submit up to 3 original works. These dates have been extended due to an error on our website which affected the application dates.



Sales: A 20% commission will be retained by 2 Rivers Arts on all artwork sold during the exhibition.


Important Dates for Accepted Artists:

  • Drop off of art work, August 26 - 29

  • Opening Reception on September 3, 5 - 7:00

  • Gallery Show, September 3 - 25, 2026

  • Pickup - September 26

  • Artists will be --

  • Featured on the 2 Rivers Arts website

  • Artist spotlight on social media

  • Promotion through newsletters and social media

  • Opportunity to sell artwork throughout the exhibition


Eligibility: Original artwork only

All media welcome, including painting, drawing, watercolor, pastel, mixed media, fiber, glass, pottery, sculpture, photography, and printmaking.

Artwork must be professionally presented and ready to hang or display
