Set sail into embroidery in this fun, beginner-level class led by certified botanical artist Anne McCahill. Open to adults and teens, this relaxed and creative session combines simple stitching with a touch of paint for a truly charming result.

During this 3-hour class, students will learn a few basic embroidery stitches, then use them to stitch sailboats onto a pre-painted background of sky and water. The mix of painted fabric and embroidery creates a lively, nautical scene that’s both approachable and rewarding to complete.

All supplies are provided—just bring your scissors. You’ll leave with a finished 6 x 10 inch piece, ready to frame and display as a cheerful reminder of time well spent creating.
